How Sponsorship Payment Works

After your sponsorship interest form is submitted and approved, Dark Valley Entertainment will contact you to confirm your sponsorship level and benefits. You will then receive a sponsorship agreement along with an invoice or secure payment link. Sponsor recognition begins after the agreement and payment are completed.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Community Partner — $100
Name listed on the DVE sponsor page, social-media thank-you recognition, and a digital certificate of appreciation.

Bronze Partner — $250
Includes Community Partner benefits, business name or logo on the sponsor page, social-media recognition, and recognition connected to one sponsored program or event.

Silver Partner — $500
Includes Bronze benefits, logo placement on selected promotional materials, recognition during the sponsored event, approved promotional materials, and a vendor/resource table when available.

Gold Partner — $1,000
Includes Silver benefits, featured logo placement, dedicated sponsor spotlight, verbal recognition, business link on the sponsor page, and priority consideration for future opportunities.

Legacy Partner — $2,500+
Includes Gold benefits, premier sponsor recognition, featured placement on selected banners/materials, extended business spotlight, customized benefits, and the opportunity to discuss an ongoing partnership.
